Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actress. She has also produced films, including Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Growing up in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many desires. She was raised by a mother who loved to watch movies. Paula took part in school co-curricular events, and she was especially interested in the drama. She was an excellent actress and enjoyed performing with her peers. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School offered her numerous opportunities to be an actor during her high school years and she picked acting for a profession. She was enrolled at the University of Southern California in a summer program and thoroughly loved her time there. She was assigned a 3 month task to produce documentary films for PBS. After completing the project well, she was able to begin working as an assistant in TV documentary production. Next, she was going to produce documentaries. While she enjoyed her job, she still was aspired to become an actress. She began her acting career through a tiny part in the romantic comedy film Hitch along with Will Smith. In the years since, she has been in numerous film and television shows.
