Anna Silk was born in Fredericton as the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic and Ilkay Silk, who is an actress, director, producer, playwright, educator, and Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the child of both a British father as well as an English-Turkish Cypriot mother. Anna appeared in numerous commercials when she was a child. Anna moved to Toronto in November of 1999, to further her acting career. She eventually settled down in Los Angeles (California) over the next ten years. Anna came across Seth Cooperman in 2007 at an actors' workshop located in Los Angeles, and they were engaged in 2009. Anna was a convert to the Jewish faith in 2011 after converting to Judaism. They were weddings in the month of December this year. They then reaffirmed their vows in a Jewish ceremony held in Fredericton on April 11, 2011. Bo's sex-related relationship together with Lauren (played Zoie Palermo) was featured in CNN as one of the most popular Television Couples. E! named it "the best television Couple" in 2013.
