
Lowell started acting when she starred in Dangerously Close. She then played a small part as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross. She also had roles co-starring with Bond girl Pam Bouvier, in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989), and as Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross, in 1996. She was also a part of Law & Order for two seasons. In 2005, she appeared in the identical role of Jamie Ross on Law & Order: Trial by Jury. Also, in 2022 in the original series. Prior to getting the role, she was frustrated with her acting career. She was accepted into New York University's documentary filmmaking course. [4] She quit acting around the year 2000. Lowell gave Lowell her voice and likeness in 2012 when she reprised her Licence to Kill part in the video game 007 Legends.
